Terms and Conditions of Dubs corp, hereinafter referred to as "Dubs corp".

General Information
All our offers, deliveries, sales and other services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By sending the order, the customer confirms that he understands these Terms and Conditions and fully accepts them.

Deliveries and Services 
All offers and prices are subject to change. Binding agreements are to be made in writing. A contract is only closed after the order confirmation of Dubs corp. The orders placed by the contractor and customer, including those placed by phone, fax or email are binding. When ordering via the Internet, the transmission of the order is binding. Delivery dates indicated by Defense Inc. are not binding as a matter of principle. Delivery deadlines are subject to unforeseen circumstances and events (such as Аcts of God, governmental actions, refusal to regulatory approvals, labor disputes without the participation of Dubs corp, sabotage, lack of raw materials), regardless of whether they are caused by Dubs corp or the manufacturer. In such cases, Dubs corp is entitled to fully or partially withdraw from the contract or to postpone the delivery for the duration of given circumstances or events at its own discretion. Should the originally agreed delivery date be exceeded by more than 4 weeks, the contractor or customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract after a written extension of time by two weeks. Claims for damages in such cases are excluded for either party.

Prices
All prices quoted are not binding. Errors, changes and mistakes in writing are subject to modification. Prices stated include the VAT valid at the time of the order but do not include the costs of packaging and shipping. Additional costs incurred by the contractor's or customer's specific shipping method are subject to his own expense. Shipping costs are as stated in store in case of advance payment and postal delivery. Renegotiations are excluded.

Payments
Deliveries take place, except for C.O.D. shipments, on terms of advanced payment (bank transfer, PayPal payment), if not agreed otherwise. Payments are due upon invoice without any deductions. The buyer is not entitled, on the grounds of his own contentious warranty claims, to withhold or offset the purchase price, or to settle the payment with non-recognized or not legally binding counterclaims.


Acceptance and Transfer of Risk
The contractor or customer undertakes to check the goods for completeness and damages immediately upon receipt. Obvious defects are to be reported toDubs corp in writing promptly but no later than 3 days after the receipt of goods; hidden defects are to be reported after the discovery. Transport damages are to be reported to the carrier immediately.



Reservation of Title / Balance Clause
Defense Inc. reserves the title to the object of sale until all payments stipulated in the delivery contract have been received, including future claims as well as from contracts concluded simultaneously or subsequently.

Place of Performance – Place of Jurisdiction
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Florida/USA, the previously mentioned shall not apply where the applicable law states a different exclusive jurisdiction. The laws of the European Union apply.

Orders are shipped exclusively in insured packages.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Withdrawal. You may withdraw your contractual acceptance in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) within 30 days without stating reasons, or - if the item is placed at your disposal prior to the expiry of this period - by returning the item. The period shall commence upon receiving this notification, however, not prior to the delivery of the goods.
